Product support begins with product registration. The power supply of the Inductor® Pro-Max, Mini-Ductor® Venom®, and Mini-Ductor Venom HP are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. The Mini-Ductor II, Inductor Max, and Glass Blaster® are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

Product Repair & Warranty Details
Induction Innovations®, Inc. warrants the Inductor Max, Inductor Glass Blaster, and Inductor Lite and any parts thereof, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first purchase, excluding all attachments or handheld tools that are warranted for six months, when operated in accordance with the Operating and Safety Instructions Manual. Induction Innovations, Inc. warrants the Inductor Pro Max and any parts thereof, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of first purchase, excluding all attachments or handheld tools which are warranted for six months, when operated in accordance with the Operating and Safety Instructions Manual. This warranty is only extended for products purchased from Induction Innovations, Inc. or an Induction Innovations, Inc. authorized reseller. For a list of Induction Innovations, Inc. authorized resellers, click here. The warranty is non-transferable.
Induction Innovations warrants the Inductor Mini-Ductor and any parts thereof, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first purchase, excluding all work coils when operated in accordance with the Operating and Safety Instructions Manual. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser when proof of purchase is provided. The warranty is non-transferable.
